Rinse the brush with water and repeat the process on all areas between your teeth and along the gumline.
Rinse your mouth with water and spit to remove any remaining debris.
It's important to be gentle when using an interdental brush and to follow your orthodontist's instructions for caring for your braces. Be sure to brush your teeth and gums with a toothbrush as well to remove any remaining plaque and food particles.
